Today we face a dire world situation. Militant Islamic fundamentalism openly declares war on humanity and threatens either by our submission or by their force, to impose a world Islamic domination. By self-declared intent it seeks to regress all world democracy and human rights fought for in WW1/2 and is recognised by us as a vehicle for the cruel and barbaric intentions of the Black Lodge. It has taken world terrorism to new heights and stands for everything hierarchy stands against.

Today hierarchal plans are under threat. The new world order and religion as planned by the Christ and foretold by the Tibetan Master DK is to be superseded by a World Islamic Brotherhood. This cannot be allowed to eventuate if we call ourselves disciples of the Christ.

We Occultists of the White Lodge recognise this current world threat and stand with “massed intent” in direct opposition “against” these plans not in line with the teachings of the ageless wisdom. We Occultists seek to make it our sworn duty to aid the forces of light with every weapon in the occult arsenal of hierarchy. We call upon all true servers to stand with us, against this dire threat to humanity and hierarchal plan.

We openly and valiantly declare ourselves as opposed to this re mobilization of the Black Lodge and stand against all it seeks to manifest. 

Brothers of the "saving force," why do we stand with massed intent? Why do we try to seal the door where evil dwells? Why do we oppose the Black Lodge? What is the" saving force"? Were we not to oppose, the battle would be lost. Our spiritual striving would be rendered meaningless and humanity, which we love, would be offered up to slaughter and darkness as never known before. Such is the enormity of the stakes, and the high cost with which we all would bear if we were to succumb to the will to power of our dark brothers as formalised in radical extremist Islamic terrorism. With what are we faced? Our spiritual enemies use energy, which is truly powerful in its destructive capacity. It is the twisted and indeed inverted and magnetically corrupt, reversed polarity, of the first ray of power, driven also with the 6th ray as fanatical idealism. The use of this first ray of aspect without love or "good" is truly evil and destructive along wholly selfish and material lines. It animates human beings into brutality and aggressive nature along purely selfish ways of expression such as the acquisition of land, countries or world domination, the restoration of the Calaphite.

Any group of people who display or voice a lust for restoration of ancient and past practices and who look to impose such with the destructive use of force, with law and regulation of the strictest and cruellest values, without any hope for freedom or progression for the greater part of humanity display the use of the first ray "will to power." Today we see this along with the 6th ray in its fanatical religious interpretation with attempted restoration of the Caliphite and shari'ah law, it is prostilization and conversion to be Muslim, or face death. This is the alternative to the declared holy war; it is death rather than become Muslim. By 1950 the Martian influence, which had dominated the western hemesphere in its entirety, would end. It could be thought that such an influence as this Martian/martial sixth ray conditioning has swung to the Middle East and taken up sway and influence there via the hybrid offshoot of Christianity, the Mohammedan faith. "Both creeds have won their proselytes at the point of the sword" according to HPB, then we should expect for the Muslim radical fundamentalist to continue past historical effort of proselytism with the pointed sword held at his potential converts throat. Today, as in the past the black lodge has clearly taken up "the dark spirit of fanaticism" via radical Islam under Martian religious [blood] influence.

“In the next great strife the department of religions will be involved, and the Bodhisattva intimately concerned.” IHS 106.

DK and Hierarchy envision a religious war even though the Martian influence over the west ended 1950 approximately. It is the Christ and his Initiates and Masters, with the Master Jesus being closely involved, who will be involved with the current religious war, as defined and identified by humanity, media and world disciples. It is the religious department which naturally are involved with the handling of this world problem and which seeks to usher in the new world religion via and in spite of strife, turmoil, destruction and terror.

How can we best combat this radical stand against the new world order? As a band of brothers, we may rightly ask ourselves, with what do we have to fight and oppose such a tremendous force? Our foremost and greatest weapon is quite simply, the Great Invocation. However it is even more deadly to our enemy if used with focussed knowledge, understanding and intent. Let us consider as a worldwide group that such an invocation as this can and should be used in times as these for the planned opposition to, and destruction of, all inflow and evil use of the will to power and fanatical idealism. Persons using the stanzas of the Great Invocation over the many years [the few who used it correctly] are responsible for the calling forth, of a "great spiritually militant invocative demand" in times of human war and need, which as we are told by the Tibetan calls forth the "will-to-save." Now let us ponder upon the terms "spiritually militant" this definitely illustrates the combatant nature of the invocation, which is called forth to save humanity from the forces of aggression and the evil expression of the "will to power" the separated ray aspect of the black lodge. The Christ brings a sword of discrimination and death. He will not come until the "point of balance" is restored though he oversees and directs affairs now. This should be kept in mind. The Christ is aware of the crisis that confronts humanity at this time.

The "affirmation of existent fact" must therefore be considered to include, as DK says, "the hidden Centres of the "Saving Force." "It is this united appeal which you must now organize." Thus I propose, it is this 1st ray factually existing "saving force" which is invoked and which has the militant capacity to destroy the employed energies of the dark lodge as manifesting today through militant Islam. These centres are within shamballa and ultimately have the capacity to destroy the evil that men do. This energy, the saving force, definitely is able to motivate human forms, men, into physical plane action to stand "against" the aggressive and spiritually destroying forces of totalitarianism and indeed destroy the evil forms of men standing against humanity, right relations and the spiritual hierarchy. The will to complete and fight to the end must ever be present and indeed the will to good be present to begin with or no responsive action may be taken. All evil, mental, astral and etheric/physical are the forms to be swept away by the death aspect of the Invocation. Radical extremists voice with intent, "you love life, but we love death" it is the mantra of the black lodge, and it is true to say that the correct use of the invocation will militantly face and destroy all efforts by radical totalitarianism to implement world Islamic law in place of the intended "New world order" and " New world religion" as foreseen by DK.

Therefore I would suggest we duly consider that historic battles since the giving of the Invocation are in effect the result of disciples and initiates using correctly the Great Invocation in its true and militant and purposeful manner. With all soldiers of the lord being the men of action swept into activity directly and militantly from this. Consider also, that what ever political or combinations of people in places of authority in western government, these authorities are not, no matter what may be thought or said, totalitarian as occultly understood. Though they are the automatic responsive agents to the invoked spiritual will of the demanding peoples, aspirants and disciples of the world using the given words of power of the Great White lodge, the Great Invocation. It is these, which “can change the face of the world battlefield”, or make the mark of the white lodge upon it, or empower governments to take necessary and right action to avert and combat infiltration of a destructive degree whatever that method of “standing against” may be. Of course, to be taken into account is the "massed negativity" of humanity, which renders negative all positive and spiritual impulsion to good as, understood by hierarchy.

We should remember that the stronghold of the white lodge ever stands and that from it, we may freely draw our spiritual sustenance and strength. We as a group of disciples, who are at odds against oppression of the spirit, know well that protection and guidance is the shield of hierarchy we rightly claim as workers, toilers and warriors of the Christ. It is this subjective inspiration, warrior spirit and protection we all as a group can pass on to those around us and to humanity as a whole if we truly love enough and so recognise impending danger that threatens the very root of all civilised nations.

WILL & VISION:

The Victory of Christ.

The "Religious War" that has engulfed the masses in every land, which is producing physical death and pain, emotional fanaticism and tremendous mental cleavages is not based on greed, human pride, territorial grabbing, and material possessions. Openly stalking humanity today the forces of universal death through the vehicle of the great hate of Radical Islam have an open doorway and Path. It is the extreme expression of a hate greater by far than any hate previously known that has caused any past wars, that has let loose on earth the full fury of the Black Lodge.

The higher expression of the 2nd Ray of the Christ, the soul Ray of the planet, is the process of initiation as taught by the hierarchy of adepts and the lower expression is that of religion. We can understand therefore, the withdrawal period of the destructive 6th sub-ray of the 2nd Ray of the Christ finds its powerful line of least resistance upon the line of religion.

Presently, according to my calculations, we are under the duration of the 35year religious 6th sub-ray period on the withdrawal cycle of dissolution of the 500year 2nd Ray of the Christ. The 6th sub-period is marked by the prevalence of great physical violence and a highly destructive and escalating religious war that has the potential to destroy civilization and annihilate the greater portion of the human race.

Let me here list, before I continue, the various 6th Ray cycles, lesser and great, presently in operation:

1. The 49/I/6. (Libra FM 2006 - Libra FM 2007) The 6th sub-ray period of the seven-year 1st Ray Ashram cycle.

2. The year 2006 is the 6th sub-ray period year of the first 10year period

of the 1st Ray 100year cycle of the Manu circa: (2000?2100)

3. The lesser 2500year 6th Ray age of Pisces is passing out.

4. The greater 25,000year age of Pisces is passing out.

5. A 6th ray racial cycle is concurrently passing out.

6. The 2nd Ray of the Christ, as just stated above, is in its religious 6th sub-ray period on the cycle of withdrawal. The work of the Christ is, therefore in process of dismantling the previously built, on the past outgoing or positive building period, devotional and religious forms, preparatory to the rebuilding, on the next 250year constructive 6th sub-ray period, the new 6th ray forms.

7. The sixth Ray of Devotion "is a major ray cycle and its influence will not entirely disappear for another 21,000 years." (EPI190)

The 6th Ray, as we can see, on lesser and great levels, still occupies a very powerful position in the planetary horoscope. I want to especially emphasize, however, the 6th ray Religious work of the Christ, for the present generation, upon his Ray Path. The coming into manifestation of the destructive religious 6th sub-ray period of the Christ occurred concurrently with the Shamballa impact of 2000, hence, the inevitable involvement of the Religious War with the power center where the "Will of God" is known, as foretold by the Tibetan. When a withdrawal or cycle of ingoing in connection with any type of ray energy commences, in this case the religious 6th sub-ray of the 2nd Ray of Christ, the Tibetan teaches, the effect produced is always of a crystallizing nature and is apt to produce "set forms which warrant prompt destruction." While tracing the 2nd Ray emanatory impulses, according to D.K., of the 500year spiral of the Bodhisattva, two historical points must be primarily emphasized:

1. Outgoing periods of 2nd ray activity are marked by relative stability, calm and peace in world affairs. This is the constructive building cycle.

2. Ingoing periods of 2nd ray activity are marked by destruction, dissolution and the prevalence of war. This is the withdrawal or wrecking cycle.

With these several preliminary academic points and the "spiritual mathematics" of the 2nd Ray cycle in mind, I write to the faithful and devoted worldwide 2nd Ray soul inspired group members of the Bailey Movement. I direct my comments to those within the Movement with "will and vision" as all are asked to cooperate and attempt to link with the Will-to-Good of the Tibetan, in the current battle of the White Lodge in the Religious War against the Black Lodge and then offer themselves as channels for the spiritual potencies of love and healing He brings.

The Tibetan, as we know spoke of the dire consequences of a future religious war:

a. Because the next war would annihilate the greater part of the human race.

b. Because, having a religious basis, the hate involved would be greater far than anything hitherto known.

c. Because Shamballa would be involved, and this has never been the case. [EXH552]

Permit me, if you will, to express the following obvious statement. The "religious war" is termed as such by the Tibetan because it is based on religious causes. It does not have, regardless of secondary or tertiary connections, primary economic, racial or political causes as it basis. The hate motivating the present religious war is greater than the hate of "anything hitherto known" precisely because it is based entirely on religion.

The "Religious War" therefore, from the angle of a student of the Tibetan, I would suggest must be studied and meditated upon, in context, from the following four angles:

1. Its fundamental Religious causes.

2. The Religious group that express the greatest Hate ever known.

3. The involvement of Shamballa.

4. The potential, through the use of nuclear energy on a vast scale, to annihilate the majority of the human race.

If we hope to shed some light upon the Religious War, its causes, dangers and solution, recognition of these four cardinal points are of paramount concern. Please also reflect on the truth for some 20 centuries now, the world religions have rightfully held center of the stage and held authoritative control and power.

The next 35years or so, under the destructive religious 6th sub-ray period of the 500year cycle of the Ray of the Christ, is intended to produce the total dismantling, wrecking and destruction of 6th ray based theocratic rule and authoritative religious control of people and governments - the anathema of the Christ and the New World Religion.

Let me please attempt to make several other points I deem noteworthy and important to take into consideration concerning the extreme danger of our times.

The double impact of the newly released 1st Ray Shamballa energies and the waxing Aquarian forces the Adepts of the Black Lodge have been able to take advantage of. This has produced a stimulation of their vital life force and physical vitality, not the waning force of Pisces or the 6th Ray. The Black Lodge initiates therefore, have responded not only on the physical plane to the energies of Aquarius but as well to the vital life energy of two successive Shamballa 1st Ray impacts and to their life-giving vitality. These impersonal universal energies have been turned to evil uses. The "forces of darkness" have used it in keeping with their evil wilful intentions and with the power conferred by their respective standing in the Black Lodge. The Will-to-Evil and the Will-to-Power have been intensified.

The 49year Decision of the Hierarchy (2001-2050) presents the aspirants and disciples of the White Lodge with the blueprints of the Plan, the designated battleground on Earth and a field of experience wherein we have the opportunity to make great experimental choices. We can see that most of the duration of the present 49year cycle will run concurrent with the 6th sub-ray period of the Christ. The 7th sub-ray period will not be free of 6th sub-ray influence until 2044 and will operate until the year 2075.

In order to take initiation, we do academically know utilization of the Decision force is critical for a disciple-in-training. We do also know, theoretically speaking, the Decision Event brings the 6th degree masters into contact with cosmic Evil and with the Black Lodge whose origin is the 6th cosmic astral plane. The Hierarchical Plan of the White Lodge is formulated and updated once every 49years. It is then precipitated into the human center via definitely planned crisis in successive seven-year periods at the seven-year stage intervals. A planned synthesis, in the Hierarchy thus appears, producing immutability, inevitability and correct prevision.

The Principle of Decision is the active operative energy animating the White Lodge and, perhaps at first glance, surprisingly, according to D.K., it is based on the energy of the 2nd Ray of Love Wisdom. The seven conclaves of Hierarchical masters, once every seven years, within the 49year cycle, and the resultant precipitation of the Decision force definitely produces planned crises in the human kingdom involving free choice, wise response and discrimination.

At the seven year interval of crisis, after the deliberate and planned precipitation, the masters "look the other way", so to speak and concern themselves with other matters, leaving humanity free to make its own decisions and exercise its freewill.

This presents the disciples of the White Lodge with a battleground and a field of experience wherein they make great experimental choices and come eventually to correct orientation and to the door of initiation, progressively revealed to them as the result of right choice, right perception and right decision.

The religious conflict is potentially just beginning and is a long way from being resolved. It is still being violently waged by advanced human beings upon the mental plane and by the masses upon the plane of emotional reactions; it will be some time before the religious war truly is brought to a finish.

The total destruction of modern civilization and annihilation of mankind through a catastrophic Religious War can be averted if the inertia so prevalent among spiritual people is overcome and provided the New Group of World Servers and the men and women of goodwill perform their appointed Hierarchical tasks and duties.

The Tibetan has stated that the response to the energies of Aquarius has primarily been through the Hierarchy conditioning the mental and the astral planes. Our planet is passing through what is esoterically called "an interlude of reversal". Humanity as a whole has come to the point when it has become the world aspirant and disciple and now is in process upon the wheel of life of reorienting and going counter to the usual clockwise or backwards mode of procedure around the wheel.

Humanity, subjectively speaking, as a kingdom in nature, affecting all other kingdoms, is endeavouring to reverse its consciousness and position upon the wheel and to travel anti-clockwise into the sign Aquarius via Saturn, Mercury and Venus. For this to occur, the tests of Saturn, the Lord of karma, the 4th decan of Aquarius, must first be met and mastered.
